Clifford E. Harding




Clifford E. Harding, 77, of 1 Redstone Road, Campton died Monday, August 10, 2009 at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia.

He was born in Campton on August 8, 1932 the son of Walter Harding and Cora (Ripley) Harding. He grew up in Thornton.

Clifford was a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He worked most of his life as a carpenter for various local contractors.

He was a proud member of AA and enjoyed sobriety for 21 years. He helped bring many more to sobriety during this time.

Clifford was predeceased by his sister Harriet Webster in 1998.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Patricia A. (Webster) Harding of Campton and many cousins including James Swetson, who made his home with Mr.& Mrs. Harding. Nieces and nephews.

There are no calling hours or committal services. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Monday, August 17th at the Campton Congregational Church, Rt. 175, Campton with the Rev. Russell Petrie, Pastor officiating.

The Edmund K. Fournier Funeral Home, 144 Main Street, North Woodstock is assisting the family with the memorial arrangements.
