Grace A. Duggan

Thornton;

Mrs. Grace A. Duggan, 84, of Banjo Drive Thornton, died Tuesday, March
24th, 2009 at Grafton County Nursing Home in Woodsville.

Mrs. Duggan was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 9, 1925, the
daughter of the late Elmer and Harriet Sorensen. She attended Brooklyn Schools. Mrs.
Duggan Lived most of her life in Brooklyn, NY moving to Thornton in 1989.
She worked many years in the Accounts Department at Bankers Trust in
New York.

Mrs. Duggan was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Brooklyn,
NY Post, and a member of the Senior Center in both Plymouth and Lincoln.

She enjoyed going for rides in the country with her family. She was
predeceased by her husband William F. Duggan who died in Feb. 1978 and
a son Brian F. Duggan who died in March 2000.

Family members include her daughter Maureen Gaites of Thornton, three
grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be on Saturday at 11: 00 Am in Pine Grove
Cemetery Rt. 175 Thornton with Father Leo Leblanc officiating.
