Kelley Ann Kass




Kelley Ann Kass, 71, of Goodbout Road, Lincoln died Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at the Speare Memorial Hospital, Plymouth.

She was born in Southbridge, Massachusetts on August 27, 1937 to Anthony J. Golden and Helen (Roycroft) Golden. She grew up in Southbridge.

A chef, Kelley was a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, New Haven, Ct. and also earned an associate degree in hotel management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

She lived over 15 years in Florida where she was the chef at a private country club before moving to Lincoln, where before her retirement she was the chef and co-owner of the Sunny Day Diner.

Kelley was an active member of St Joseph Parish.

Kelley is survived by her sister M. Sheila Gottardi and husband Richard of Parsippany, NJ. A niece and a nephew.

There are no calling hours.

A memorial Mass with be celebrated at 10 AM on Saturday, August 1st in St Joseph Church, Lincoln with the Rev. John MacKenzie as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Lincoln. Carlton C. Ham is the funeral director.
