Mr. Todd S. Baxter, 39, of Mitchell St. North Woodstock, died Tuesday, March 17th, 2009 at his residence.
Todd was born in Littleton, on June 23, 1969, the son of the late Archie Mayo and Janice L. Osgood who survives him of Lincoln. Mr. Baxter was adopted by Darrell Baxter, of Johnston, RI He lived all of his life in the Lincoln - Woodstock area and attended Lin Wood High School. Mr. Baxter worked at various jobs in the community.
He enjoyed playing sports including skiing, he loved animals, Riding his bike and spending time with friends.
Family members include His mother of Lincoln a sister, April Rondo of Lebanon, ME his grandfather Dr. John Baxter of Providence, RI, twin nieces and many cousins
Calling hours will be on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Edmund Fournier Funeral Home 144 Main Street North Woodstock with a service at 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
Spring burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery, Woodstock.
