Irene S. Woodman

Mrs. Irene S. Woodman, 79, of Lincoln Green Rd. Lincoln, died Friday, January 16th, 2009 at the Lafayette Center, in Franconia.
Mrs. Woodman was born in Northampton, Massachusetts on February 23, 1929, the daughter of the late Sophie Kraulis. Her childhood was spent on the family farm beside the Connecticut river in the small community of Hatfield, MA. She married Robert F. Woodman in 1952. She spent most of her adult life in Nashua where she worked for the Nashua Health Department for many years. In 1994 she moved to Lincoln to be closer to her family. Mrs. Woodman enjoyed traveling with friends, and spending time with her family She was a passionate gardener and loved cats. She was predeceased by her husband Robert F. Woodman.
Family members include a son; Charles Woodman of Lincoln and a daughter; Susan Brassard of Colchester, VT, three granddaughters; Sarah and Darby Woodman of Lincoln , and Abigail Brassard of Colchester, VT.
Services will be held at the convenience of her family.
