| Michelle Duncan Posted 4/8/09 Dear Alex and Family of Phil, He will be greatly missed and always remembered. Phil always was happy and laughing when I was working with him. I knew if I needed to help an owner at Clearbrook while working if I called Phil he would be sure to be there or open properties when needed. He also left behind a very special person, whom I wish he could of known, who grew into a wonderful, successful young man, with two sons of his own now. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. | P. J. Ouellette Posted 4/9/09 We will miss Phil very much. He always stopped to chat. He was quick to when we need help in one of the Clearbrook condo. He was very proud of Alex and often talked about his accomplishments. It won't be the same not seeing phil in his truck talking on his cell phone. Rest in Peace, you deserve it. Pat, P.
