Murray was a pioneer, a visionary, an artist, and a much loved and respected family man. The community with forever be changed with his passing. Murray was an exceptional man who has left an historic footprint on our community. He helped define life in the North Country and he has brought tremendous joy and opportunity to the granite state throughout his lifetime. We will miss you dear old friend. Our deepest sympathy to the entire Clark family, and much love.

I am sorry for your loss of your father and friend to many. He was an extraordinary man and will be missed by all. Clark's is a favorite of mine, my children, and my surrogate family from MA. There will be a large hole in the shows but he will always be there in everyone's hearts. God Bless you all!

Dear Maureen, Nola, B., & Andrew,
I was sad to learn of the passing of your dad. He was a great man and I learned much from him while working at the Trading Post. I always enjoyed his perspective on politics, his vast knowledge of history, and of course, his wit and wisdom applied to all aspects of life. My sincere condolences to you, your mom and your family.

To the family of Murray Clark: I am so very sorry for your loss. No summer was complete for my children without a visit to Clark's Trading Post, and watching your dad/husband with his beloved bears.

My father was sick with Leukemia in the Fall of 1993. We took him to Clarks on one of his good days. He loved the train, and the conductor asked if he wanted to ride up front. He did, and I have a photo of him smiling from ear to ear. That is the last happy memory we have of him, and I will always be grateful to your family.

I hope that your memories will comfort you and help you through this difficult time.

We are so sorry to read about your husbands/fathers passing. We have visited Clark's Trained Bears many time over the years ... we're now bringing great grandchildren! We were there last summer on a very rainy day...but that didn't dampen the wonderful shows and entertainment by your family. Mr. Clark looked the same everytime we saw him and it was evident that he enjoyed every minute of what he was doing. We hope his heritage will continue for many more generations to enjoy. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I like so many others first want to express my sympathy to your entire family. Coming north to visit was always my favorite thing to do because I was always assured a great time. Coming from a family business myself I have deep respect for the great job you all do. Murray's passing is yet another chapter in the book of life, not an easy chapter by any means. This is a time to come together and treasure the life and lessons Murray shared with us all. He was a great man!

Our deepest condolences to the Clark family on your loss. The world is different with him. I've been looking forward to seeing him every summer since I was born 38 years ago, and will always remember him in his later years standing just outside the ring watching over his beloved friends, both furry and not!
